How a claim works
Email-first, photo-driven, no phone tree. We’re aiming for first response inside 24 hours and an initial decision inside five business days.

Tell us what happened
Email claims@insuremy.bike with your policy number, the date, and a one-paragraph description. Attach photos of the bike, the scene, and any third-party documentation (police report, hospital triage sheet, witness contact).

We acknowledge within 24 hours
A real human (one of us) replies, opens a claim file, and lists exactly what additional documentation we need. No call center.

Triage and decision
Property claims under $2,000 are typically settled inside five business days from documentation. Liability claims involving a third party route through our broker partner — we will introduce them by name.

Payout
Property settlements pay via ACH to the named insured within two business days of decision. Replacement-shop direct-pay is available on request for partner shops listed on the FAQ.
