Tell us we’re wrong

We publish prices for insurance we don’t sell, modelled from quotes we ran ourselves. That means we will sometimes be out of date or plainly mistaken. We’d much rather be corrected than be confidently wrong, so every route below reaches a person.

You’re an insurer and your pricing is wrong here

Send us what’s wrong and what it should be, and we’ll re-run our verification against your live quote flow. If our model disagrees with your own site, your site wins — we’ll correct or pull the number.

Useful to include: the product, the rider profile it applies to, and the correct figure. We publish a price only after it matches quotes captured from your own site on test policies our model wasn’t fitted to, so a concrete example is the fastest way to fix it.

You’re an insurer and you want to be listed

We’ll add any insurer a New Jersey rider can actually buy from. There is no fee and no paid placement — we don’t take commission, so there is nothing to sell you.

What gets you a price on the page: an online quote flow we can run against our standard test policies, and confirmation you write in New Jersey. What gets you listed without a price: anything less. We list insurers we can’t verify with the reason stated, rather than leaving them out.

We’ve said you don’t sell in New Jersey and you do

Tell us and we’ll re-test the same day. We mark a company unavailable only after its own quote flow refuses a New Jersey address, and we record the rejection text — but products change and filings open, and we’d rather hear it from you than find out in six months.

You’re a rider and a quote didn’t match

This is the most useful message we get. If you ran a real quote and the number differs from ours, send us the bike value, the insurer, and what they actually quoted. That feedback is the fastest way this gets more accurate for the next person.

What we can’t help with: we can’t sell you a policy, bind coverage, change one you already have, or handle a claim. We’re not an insurer or a licensed producer. For anything to do with an actual policy, contact the company that issued it — and if you’re mid-claim, this guide explains what they’ll ask for.
